Warren Central School is an established rural school in the Macquarie River Valley dedicated to serving the needs of its community. The school draws students from the local township of Warren and surrounding rural areas. The school community is committed to: providing all students with a stimulating, caring and co-operative learning environment; providing all students with the skills to cope with a rapid changing and challenging environment; improving student literacy and numeracy and supporting student welfare issues; providing appropriate vocational courses with strong links to TAFE and local businesses; and developing a sense of pride in the school and community. Educational programs are planned to complement the K-12 structure of the school, focusing on the academic, personal and social needs of students. This aim is encompassed in the school motto: 'Humanitas Cum Honor' - humanity with honour or translated to mean 'to be a worthy citizen'.
