Michelle Leonard OAM instructed Primary and Secondary students about music and her initiative with Moorambilla Voices.
Moorambilla Voices collaborates with youth from various regions in New South Wales to form a choir, drawing inspiration from the landscapes and communities of the area. Michelle Leonard guided students from Years 3 to 10 through vocal warm-ups, engaging games, body percussion, and call-and-response exercises to enhance their musical abilities. At the conclusion of the session, she held auditions for students interested in joining the Moorambilla choir.
“Moorambilla Voices is an exceptional program that provides valuable opportunities for children."
Selected students will receive a letter inviting them to join Moorambilla Voices. Thank you for your visit, Michelle!
