Funded by the Federal Government's Trade Training Centres in Schools Program, our close to one million dollar facility is a major investment in training our current and future hospitality students.

Training and assessment take place in a state of the art commercial kitchen with adjoining replica bistro area to provide students with an authentic hospitality experience using the most up to date equipment.
