National Day of Action against bullying

Friday 15 August is the National Day of Action Against Bullying and Violence (Anti-bullying Day). It is a day for schools, students, and the community to say Bullying. No way!

The theme for 2025 is “Be Bold, Be Kind Speak Up - to help prevent bullying”. This theme supports research findings that strong school community connections and social skills are protective factors in the prevention of bullying and help enable positive, help-seeking behaviours in students.

Activities through out the day. Free sausage sizzle for lunch

Who: K-12 students and staff

Why: To empower students and unite school communities in finding workable solutions to address bullying. Bullying prevention is everyone’s responsibility.

Wear Blue clothes: (Dolly’s favourite colour)

Bring Gold coin: Donations will be sent to Dolly’s Dream Foundation.
